Safe Security har omkring 100 vektere som kun jobber for Safe Security i forhold til sikkerhet. Alle ansatte er sikkerhetsklarert i hht vandelsattest og har gjennomgått kurs for vektere. I tillegg går de gjennom et internt opplæringsprogram for å sikre at Safe Security sin policy og arbeidsmetoder blir fulgt. Alle ansatte har signert taushetserklæring.
Samtlige ansatte gjennomgår årlige kurs og repetisjonsøvelser innen for førstehjelp, brann og beredskap og kundebehandling. Safe Security har lisens i samtlige politidistrikter i Norge.
